Om Meenakshi Healthcare

We had a very disappointing experience at Om Meenakshi due to the behavior of the receptionist. The woman at the front desk, wearing glasses and over makeup, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was shouting at patients and speaking in a very disrespectful manner, showing absolutely no courtesy or basic etiquette expected from someone in a front-facing role. It is unacceptable for a medical or service establishment to have someone so lacking in manners at the reception. Patients come in already under stress, and such behavior only worsens the experience. We have decided not to return to Om Meenakshi and have informed our extended family and friends to avoid this place as well. We sincerely request the management to address this issue and ensure their staff are trained in basic communication and customer service. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when seeking care or support.

Great overall experience, from booking the appointment to the services and they have all the latest tech too. Gentle and helpful staff. Well maintained and clean place. Highly recommended!

My experience is good.... The thing I don't like is the new arrangement for sitting, chairs looks nice but not comfortable, especially for pregnant ladies.... I reported this to Mr Bhatt, is a good person who responded it very politely... Like the staff and especially the manager Mr Bhatt.... Thank you 😊
