Today I went to Dr Pardeep Kansal hospital . We went there with the appointment, My Baby is 28 days , we had appointment at 1 pm over phone for ROP and Ultrasound Brain , she said Dr will come at 2:30 , due to some emergency Dr came at 3pm , then for ultrasound Brain, i asked multiple time with pooja at reception, she is not answering, she is free and asking 2 minutes , 2 minutes , not able to answer when Dr will come . She is full of Attitude, unprofessional . After lots of Argue , she said Dr will come at 4:30 , we reach there on time , pooja said Doctor just now left for Emergency, But Dr was still in the hospital. Dr is Professional, and well experienced. First experience is the last experience. Its my humble request to keep someone professional and educated person at reception

Dr is good but lab doesn't work properly i went with my baby for jaundice disease 31/3/22 He tried many times but the blood sample did not come out from him. I came without a test from that
