Parking poorly manager. Rude reception...nobody has a uniform very difficult to figure out who's who...no drinking water available in waiting area for women...they prefer using water coolers as compared to AC...passenger lifts are very very dirty...no cleaning no maintenance...but only high charges...tiffa scan costed 4500 which is the highest...if you charge so much then the facility and maintenance should match it up...

Our experience with Apollo Cradle, Jubilee Hills, was very positive. We were referred to Dr. Mythri Sharan by one of our relatives, and from the very first conversation, she was incredibly supportive. We truly appreciate Dr. Mythri’s honesty, commitment, and hardworking nature, as well as how she kept us well-informed about what to expect. We are extremely grateful to her for making our experience memorable. We highly recommend Dr. Mythri Sharan for any Gynaecology and Obstetrics services. The hospital staff, including the admin team, nursing staff, and housekeeping, were all friendly and welcoming. One of the advantages we noticed is that the hospital has a smaller crowd, making it easier for the staff to communicate and promptly address any concerns. We would also like to mention Dr. K. Raja Subba Reddy, the pediatrician, who was very friendly and explained everything clearly. We highly recommend him for pediatric services. Improvements: The hospital rooms are a bit outdated, and the washrooms could be better maintained. Specifically, the men’s washroom on the ground floor requires renovation, as it has an unpleasant odor, even though it’s kept clean

This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star , worst hospital. If you want to go through hell please visit this hospital. 1. Doctors are casual and irresponsible 2. Nurses are arrogant and not trained 3. Worst is their business head mr sai srinivas who behaves arrogantly and rudely as if he owns the hospital not knowing his limits of how to behave with patient and their relatives. 4. Rooms are dirty and stingy
