City Hospital & Research Centre

This is the loneliest hospital I've ever been to in my life. Not only lonely environment, but the staff starting from the front desk to the lab technician and the doctors, all are so rude and racist. The doctors gave medicines and reports without any explanation. May be their personality scare the customers away and that's the reason why it's so lonely there. Won't step my feet there again even if that's the last hospital left in this world.

Be careful of this hospital. Recently, I have lost Alto Car while visiting CITY HOSPITAL Imphal. I conducted few medical test and about to leave, because I have no time to wait for 1 hour. One person who was standing beside reception talk to me that he can insist the lab-technician to complete the report soon. I answered the person that if my reports not possible to give now then I can take another day. But the person seems helpful that he insist me to wait for 10 mins, then he walked inside the hospital. After one or two minutes he came out while talking to his phone, and just told me that it will take only 5 mins. Then, after 5 minutes of waiting the person told me report will give tomorrow. So, I moved out from the hospital towards my car because I was late for going back home already 8pm. Then, I found out that my car was not there. I inquired the security and other person. But not helpful. Im doubt why NOTIFICATION also given at Gate in advance that “STOLEN VEHICLE IN THIS HOSPTIAL NOT REPOSIBLE BY THE HOSPITAL”. I am sure the person who acted as staff has stolen my car. FIR registration has been done. Please be aware while visiting this hospital.

Unlike all the other reviews about this hospital, I haven't seen any helper or nurses begging for money when I visited personally. But I do find the front staffs at the reception are not so customer friendly as if they had a bad day. Otherwise, the hospital isn't that bad at all except the pharmacy staff with bad customer etiquette. The place could be managed a little more better for hygiene, quality and customer centric services.
