Pathetic service, staff has no idea how to arrange proper service for patients they just kept patients waiting, there is no privacy in Doctor’s cabin at a time one patient is laying in bed another one sitting in the chair in front of doctor and 4-5 more patients waiting for their turns in the cabin and Doctor is not able to entertain any of them properly. She does check ups in front of other patients, and male relatives of patients are just getting inside the cabin without any hesitation, other waiting people are peeping from out side of the cabin. She charges more money than other Doctors in this area however doesn’t provide proper service its more like a business. In the doctors cabin i was waiting to talk to doctor as i visited to show my blood reports where she kept me standing , also kept one patient was lying there for scanning another old patient was sitting there along with 4-5 more patients were waiting there , 2 staffs were also standing there , its so chaotic, and doctor was talking on phone regardless of seeing so many people are waiting for her. I believe jagdalpur is a small place and there are very less options hence people have to visit these type of hospitals with a very pathetic service system.
