Apex Hospital

My experience was bad at reception counter . Reception staff are not at all supportive as informed that Dr.Akshata Desai is not there wherein Dr.was available and attending patients. We saw token Display board but is OFF then how do we see which patience sequence no is going on. Also I saw hand sanitizer stand near washroom but there is no sanitizer at all. Lots many things need to improve. 1. Need to start taking appointments on call as patients cant come from far distance @7am to collect slips. 2. Need to improve staff behaviour few of them are very good. 3.display board need to be ON.

I have a great experience from apex hospital jalandhar. My mother was atleast 8 days admitted under Dr.karanbir singh. He is very experienced and nice doctor. The staff here is well disciplined and takes care very well. Now my mother is absolutely perfect. Thanks alot to Dr. Karanbir singh sir 🙏🙏

Pathetic system. There is 0 professionalism in staff and process. It was very bad experience. My father is not well and not in the condition to sit there for 5-6 hrs. We reached at 12 pm and take the slip. At the reception we got 51 number for consultation and the assistant of Dr. Akshata told us to came back at 3 am. At 3:30 i asked her again for turn and still she were telling us to wait. There is no professionalism and no discipline for staff and process. First the assistant asking for visit then they told to wait outside. They repeating this stupid process again and again. During this nonsense process my father's health became more worst due to restlessness. We pay and then asked for services than how can they treat us like that.
