Moreover in one occasion, he performed endoscopy of my mother at 2200 hrs while showing me the issues my mother was facing and reason for performing the test at that late hours so that early diagnosis of the issue can be identified. Dr. Pathania's guidance and advice were also invaluable. We're grateful for the dedication and professionalism displayed by the entire team. Ankur Matrika Hospital is the worst hospital I’ve come across. It’s not a healthcare center, it’s a business setup run by careless and money-minded doctors like Dr Rahul Sudan and Dr Deepak Pathania. My friend’s mother was admitted with a minor issue, but their mismanagement made her condition critical. Even when she became serious around 2 AM, no doctor came despite repeated requests. They had interns handling ICU patients at night. This hospital is only for OPD visits—not for emergency or serious care. Avoid at all costs if you value your loved ones' lives. Sir,It is deeply disappointing to see a hospital resort to misinformation and blame-shifting rather than showing genuine accountability. I was personally present with the family throughout and can attest that the facts presented in your response are misleading and one-sided. Contrary to your claims, the family repeatedly approached Dr. Rahul Sudan on 2nd April to discuss the patient's deteriorating condition and seek advice on shifting her to Delhi. They were met with indifference and dismissive behavior, not guidance. When the family tried to involve known doctors for clarity, your team questioned our intentions instead of cooperating. Let me clarify—her husband was never successfully treated at your hospital. He was taken to Medanta, Delhi, where he actually recovered. If needed, we can share his complete medical records to support this. The decision to bring the patient to your hospital was out of emergency—not because of a past “positive” experience, which in fact never existed. This reply from the hospital is nothing more than an eyewash. We have nothing to gain from speaking up, as our loss is irreparable. We only hope no other family suffers the same negligence and insensitivity that we did. The truth can be easily verified from hospital CCTV footage and call records, if transparency truly matters to you.
