"I have never seen such a terrible doctor in my life. Our experience there was so bad that we can't even describe it. No knowledge of her work and nothing else either. When we went there, there wasn't a single patient, and we understood right away that something was wrong with this doctor. Everyone knows that doctors charge a consultation fee, and if there's a procedure afterward, there are charges for that procedure. That's it. She made us sign a consent form, and then started asking for charges for that too, but we couldn't understand what those charges were for. It's understandable if a patient is paying for the procedure, but why should they pay just for giving consent? We couldn't figure that out, and we've never seen such unprofessional behavior in our lives as we did there—from the doctor as well as the staff. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have given that, but unfortunately, there's only a 1-star option, so that's what I'm giving."
