Worst Hospital ever . They simply admit the patient in ICU without any treatment only for money purpose . My father had a brain stroke they immediately admit at ICU under Dr Sarat Jyoti Bhuyan . My father is a heart patient too they told that they will call the cardiologist and till midnight none of the doctor came to visit . They simply laid the patient in ICU with saline . When I asked for the report and Doctor they told doctor won’t visit today and report were still not ready . The nurse were so irresponsive and rude. I asked for the doctor no. They denied after creating a little bit of chaos they called the doctor and he spoke to me so rudely and when I asked him about my father status he told me he had a heart failure and cardiologist is out of station for 5 days. My question is what was he doing for the whole day when he know cardiologist is not available and also my father didn’t had a heart failure he had a brain stroke . This hospital play with patient life without giving the right treatment at right time just for 1 day the hospital cost me 60k without any treatment. This delay and wrong diagnosis caused me a lot . If they know they can’t treat the patient why the hell they just don’t refer to other hospital. Is money bigger than someone’s life

The receptionist in the Gynecologist department with Dr. A.K Das has no manners when speaking to patients or people, and is extremely rude and impolite. She never has time to talk to anyone. Whenever I call for an appointment or inquiry, she speaks rudely and cuts the call without giving any proper information.She acts as if she's the owner of the whole hospital and have whole hospital responsibility.People like this shouldn't be in the hospitality sector profession. She should be replaced immediately.

I admitted my wife. 1. Hospital offered ac room for Rs 3500/- a day. On on average ac runs for aprox 3/4 hours only. If we ask the staff for the reason they use to reply for OT we are running generator with have no connection with AC,s. Smooth and sweet reply from hospital end. 2.Worse water quality. 3.The attendant bed size is 6ft by 2ft. Strange size as per tariff 4.If your are suppose to do treatment in cashless insurance you will get a horrible experience as they will have MOU issue. 5.The security agency is provings staff with not much customer friendly. 6.Doctors rounds are awsm and all doctors are friendly-specially Dr.Iva,Dr.Das.,Dr.Bidyut including all staffs
