Worse experience.‼️I request everyone please don't go to this hospital.❌ Medical staff of this hospital have no basic manner how to behave with patients. Nurses think themselves as they are the president of India. Patients have to request them to do their duty. Pathetic behavior. And the doctors are also same. They are looteraa or businessman if I say in one word. They charged 2000 per visit.People if you care about your own life then don't go there. Not even in your dreams. This place is very dangerous.If you raise voice against them they don't follow the doctors instructions,they gave medicine in their own way,which is very dangerous.

Worst experience !! Dr Chaliha is such an insensitive person. He doesn't respect his patients' time. There is no clarity on the waiting time. I visited him with my wife on 11-04-2023. The irony is that, we took an appointment with him and he himself called us to his clinic and made us wait endlessly. After 3 hours of waiting when I raised a voice against this, his assistant Mr Sanjay threatened us and asked us to leave the clinic. Is this how you treat your patients?? I really wonder as to how they are doing business with this type of behaviour. I insisted on seeing the doctor, but the doctor is such a shameless person that he didn't even care to see me once. Their staff at the reception is not at all versed with the idea of a decent customer service that we all deserve. The doctor must understand that he is not the only gynecologist operating in Jorhat. Arrogance of this type has led to the downfall of many. I advise the well behaved citizenry of Jorhat to stay away from this rude doctor who wastes his patients time and doesn't even have the guts to see his aggrieved patient and sort out any grievances whatsoever.

Never visit this clinic !! Dr Bhargav Chaliha’s staff as well as he himself is most unconcerned about his patients problems. Most unprofessional service delivery that too with disrespect. Instead there are many gynaecologist in Jorhat who treat their patients well and with respect. I visited the hospital on several dates after being given an appointment by Mr. Sanjay, his assistant , but to my utter dismay i was told to visit some other day as the doctor had left due to reasons better known to them. This doctor must underthat he is a mere doctor and not the Prime Minister of India. Our time is valuable as well. Such a pathetic customer service not only tarnishes the image of the doctor but also the entire management of the hospital, I also have to add that the staffs are lazy and have no sense of behaviour with zero etiquette. Even after raising voice against these malpractices, no one in the hospital addressed to our grievances and the doctor locked himself up in his chamber and denied to even give a patient hearing to our issues. I thereby request all the civilised citizens of Jorhat to stay away from this doctot and this hospital because no one deserves such humility and disrespect.
