Woodland WK Hospital

Woodland Shillong has really made a name for itself. I would give 4 to 5 star for it. The same infact more is expected from its Sabahmuswang / Jowai branch. Looking at the infrastructure it has really outdone the Shillong branch. Doctors are also good enough for the location. So I would say that the owner has done their part in financial investment. But the service part still needs more investment. Especially at the pharmacy today when I visited I see that there are around 190 to 200 people who needs to buy or return medicine from the pharmacy, but there is only one person operating the computer and only one person searching for medicine. This has created a lot of chaos among the crowd. In the picture all the crowd can't be seen but it's really huge

Staffs are always ignoring patients, Doctors are rude and moreover no time table even receptionist are late ,only one receptionist was good she was on time, Overall worst hospital experience

One of the worst hospital in west Jaintia Hills, staff and faculty doesn't take the responsibility towards the patient and duties. We have to wait and hours to do all the test that is required, staff are unfriendly and rude towards the patients. It's a private hospital not a government hospital so the duty and performance should be carried out respectively. If it's possible do not come to this hospital it'll waste your time and energy
