The focus seemed more on billing and financial aspects rather than patient care and comfort. The charges for services were significantly high, yet there was no clarity on why certain procedures were necessary. Doctor spoke in a condescending manner and made inappropriate remarks, which made patients feel disrespected.
Thanks to doctor n staff. I went to see doctor for my grand mother for mctd and severe oa knee .everywhere they said she even not fit for surgery.but my relatives recommended dis hospital for advance treatment. My mom after taking treatment dhe is better than before she is capable of doing her routine work.thanks alot mam .we won't forget u in my lifetime for ur kindness n humbleness towards older ones.
Had very good experience with shoulder advance injection to my mom n dad .now dey are doing well.mam had very good communication skills taking 20 mins for diet n explanation about my parents condition even @ 3pm afternoon. Thanks mam for ur passion towards olders n patients.
