Disappointing Experience with Hospital Reception Panel I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Apollo clinic, Kannur, specifically with the reception panel that seemed completely irresponsible when it came to managing patient waiting times in the lobby. When I arrived, I was greeted with long delays and no clear communication about when I would be seen by the doctor (Scanning). Despite the lobby being crowded with patients waiting to be called, the reception staff appeared uninterested and disengaged. There was no acknowledgment of how long the wait would be, and no updates were provided. The lack of organization or effort to ensure patients were attended to in a timely manner made it feel as though the staff simply didn’t care about anyone’s time or well-being. It was deeply frustrating to see patients sitting in the lobby for extended periods with no information, especially when many of us had clearly scheduled appointments. In a hospital setting, where health concerns are often urgent, this kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. I hope the hospital takes immediate steps to address this issue—whether by improving the reception staff's communication skills, implementing a more efficient system for managing waiting times, or ensuring that patients are better informed about their appointments. This experience has certainly made me reconsider my trust in this facility, and I’m hoping this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the overall patient experience.

Such a worst experience faced..... We will definitly suffer due to poor co-ordination of tests and horribly time consuming in all processes especially for scanning procesures. Also power supply breaks atleast 4 times in a hour.

Very bad experience. Visited here for my husbands health checkup. Blood tests were done on time. But for USG scan they give 1 bottle of water at 11.30 AM and made us waited for 1.5 hours despite of full bladder. No order of patients there, calls randomly according to staffs choice. Takes lot time for usg scans, don't know what they are doing inside. Even an MRI needs 40 minutes only. Very bad experience. Totally disappointed.
