Mother and Child Hospital

Pathetic hospital in kannur. Very difficult to reach. Parking space only for doctors. Waste are surrounded. Rubbish and unhealthy surroundings. Country staffs at reception, unprofessional behaviour. Not accepting credit or debit card for consultation fee payment, they are telling lie "POS NOT WORKING ". EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT NOT WORKING. even lab condition also very poor. MANAGEMENT NOT INTERESTED IN PATIENTS SATISFACTION.

Worst hospital looks like a ghost bungalow, room bed and other items have been bought before 25 years ago everything very bad condition . can't sleep night due to mosquito and room full of crocroches,fly.The cleaning and change of bed sheets should be after 5 days when new patient arrives. I never seen a hospital with wrost management.

Visited on 26th June 2023 at 07:00 am. Registration Receptionist was behaving rudely to the patient and was not fit for the hospital. Not giving proper instruction of process and she is getting angry while responding to the patient query. May be she is fed up of answering all the patient. When I told her to behave herself for her good career. She replied to me that she is done with her career & she don't care anymore. Even she replied that this is small hospital and don't expect much. Management to council the receptionist for better hospitality and improvement of hospital.
