I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to for Dr. Baiju and the team at Ncare. We walked in feeling completely broken and honestly didn’t know what to expect. From day one, Dr. Baiju was so kind and made us feel like we weren’t alone in this. There were ups and downs (a lot of them!) but he and his team never let us lose hope. Always patient, always supportive, even when I messaged with silly doubts. Today, as I sit here writing this, waiting for our little one to arrive, I can honestly say we made the right choice by trusting them. Thank you, Dr. Baiju, thank you Ncare, for making our dream come true. 🙏

Honestly, walking into Ncare was one of the best decisions we ever made. We were so nervous and scared, but Dr. Baiju made everything feel so much lighter. He explained every small thing with so much patience, and somehow he always knew exactly what to say when we felt low. The whole team there is just incredible. Always smiling, always making sure we were okay, even when we broke down a few times during the process. Today we’re waiting for our little miracle, and there’s no way this would have happened without Dr. Baiju and his wonderful team.
