I have been seeing Dr. Kavita verma for years, and I am so happy with her care. She is always professional and knowledgeable, but she also has a warm and friendly bedside manner. **Avoid this place, if you have medical insurance** The doctors ( Dr. Kavita Sharma and Dr. Shailendra Verma) show all kinds of tantrums if you ask for bills. Anyone who needs bills for their medical claim should avoid this clinic. Even on rare occasions, if we are able to convince them to give us the bills, such bills get questioned by insurance and we get a tough time from insurance ( based on personal experience). Also, if you care to know about your treatment details, medicines details, etc. this is a place to avoid. If you ask questions to Dr. Kavita Sharma and Dr. Shailendra Verma ( or ask for bills), they consider it as "misbehaving". Not only we have a tough time getting the bills for the service but also for the medicines that we purchase from here. Even the smallest medical store in town gives us bills for the medicines we purchase but we won't get any bill here when we buy medicines at this clinic. I got yelled at by both the doctors when I told them that my insurance is not accepting their hand-written bill (insurance needs the itemized payment receipt for a vaccine I got for my kids). I am planning to file a complaint with the State medical council and Medical council of India. THEY DONT PROVIDE BILLS FOR THE MEDICINES THEY SELL FOR TAX EVASION PURPOSES. ANY PATIENT CAN VERIFY THIS BY JUST ASKING FOR A BILL FOR THE MEDICINES.
