Extremely Disappointing and Emotionally Draining Experience I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience in the hope it helps others make an informed decision. I underwent IUI treatment at this hospital and was left deeply disappointed and emotionally hurt by how patients are treated here. First, the billing process is completely opaque. Even those spending lakhs on IVF and IUI treatments are not provided with a proper consolidated bill. Most people I spoke to were only given a basic slip, even after repeated requests and arguments. The nursing staff, especially Manasa, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She lacked both empathy and basic medical courtesy. When the doctor had to step away to another floor, this nurse tried to proceed with my IUI without proper explanation or authority. When I politely requested that only the doctor perform the procedure, she humiliated me and made me cry—on a day that was already emotionally sensitive for me. What’s even more concerning is the IVF floor setup. I observed that IVF procedures are being performed for hundreds of patients as if it were an assembly line. There was no personal care or dignity in the process. Patients were asked to come in their personal nightwear and bedsheets instead of hospital aprons, which was shocking to witness. I also met several other patients who shared similar frustrations. Many were told the IVF package was ₹3 lakhs all-inclusive, but after payment, they were asked to purchase additional medicines on their own—costing an extra ₹3 to ₹4 lakhs. Most ended up spending ₹6–7 lakhs in total. Yet, even after such huge expenses, they still struggled to get proper bills or documentation. Overall, this was a heartbreaking and traumatic experience. I sincerely hope the hospital reflects on these issues and treats patients with the transparency, compassion, and respect they deserve.
