I had a positive opinion on Doctor Khavyaa and suggested my diabetic father to visit her. Based upon the lab reports, she prescribed the medicines. Though there is a medical shop in the hospital, we purchased the same medicine (of different brand) from outside medical shop (as we got 25% discount). When we revisited her, she said the medicines we purchased are generic and not to be used and asked my father to purchase the medicines of same brand as she prescribed. I don't understand how a qualified doctor like her can state that generic medicines do not work as like that of branded medicines. And even though my father is not using generic brands but why she is claiming it as generic. Is it nothing but a commercial angle of her to compel patients to purchase medicines from her medical store?!
