We had an outstanding experience at Shyamala Hospitals during the delivery of my wife. From the very beginning, the care provided by the medical team was exceptional. During the 9th-month checkups, Dr. Vasantha and Dr. Rama went above and beyond, patiently explaining the baby’s position and the entire delivery process. Their detailed guidance and encouragement helped us feel confident and fully prepared for the big day. On the delivery day, the expertise and compassion of the doctors truly stood out. Dr. Vasantha managed the entire process with extraordinary care and professionalism, supported by Dr. Rama. After 2 hours of labor, we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl! The entire delivery was carried out under the supervision of the head doctor, Dr. Shailaja, whose calm and reassuring presence made all the difference. Children specialist was also present during this process and ensured baby health and initial check ups after delivery. The post-delivery care was equally remarkable. We stayed in the hospital for four days, and during this time, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The duty doctors conducted regular check-ups with great attentiveness, ensuring both mother and baby were in perfect health. We are immensely grateful to the entire team at Shyamala Hospitals for their unwavering dedication, kindness, and expertise. Their collective effort made this journey a memorable and joyous experience for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Shyamala Hospitals to anyone seeking the best maternity care! While there were small disappointments with the staff due to their busy schedules and the number of patients, these were minor and understandable. It didn’t affect the overall quality of care we received and the wonderful experience we had.

My experience here Syamala hospital was overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Rama Madam handled my delivery, and her support and encouragement throughout the process truly made a difference. I greatly appreciate the assistance of both the nursing and attendant staff, who were exceptionally supportive and attentive during my stay. Overall, I am super happy and satisfied with the level of treatment and administration I received at the hospital. However, the only disappointment I had here was with the behavior of the pediatrician. I found him to be quite rude and arrogant when communicating with patients. He seemed to lack patience both in listening and responding, which detracted from an otherwise excellent experience. While I considered reducing my overall rating due to this interaction, it only represents a minor issue compared to the outstanding care I received. Thank you for providing such a supportive environment for new mothers. It truly made a significant difference during this important time in my life.
