Very good hospital great service. All staff members were very humble and helpful. The nurses doctors especially PRO staff all were very cooperative and helpful. Cimar is expert in handling newborn babies. Highly recommended hospital .

ALERT .. BEAWARE ... OF YOUR VALUABLES Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost Wallet and huge amount From room and Lack of Responsibility from Hospital Authorities I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this hospital. During my stay, I lost a significant amount of money (23,000 INR) along with my wallet from my room. After thoroughly checking and inquiring with the hospital staff, I was appalled by the lack of action and responsibility taken by the authorities. The situation was handled negligently, with no proper investigation or acknowledgment of the incident. A Lady named ( SINDHU )of admin department told police that my wife must stolen the amount ... only nurses and cleaning staff visited the room and one of the nurse who was suspected had visited our room and asked me to wait outside and asked my wife to go to washroom for cleaning her wound ...after that the nurse had gone directly to their utility room where there is no cctv ... and came back after half n hour ... and noticed that she kept something from her pocket to her personal bag .. such a bad attitude of lady named SINDHU towards us and don't know to respect anyone ... This is not just about the money lost, but also about the hospital’s failure to ensure the safety and security of its patients' personal belongings. As someone who trusted this facility for my wife and baby care, I expected a much higher standard of responsibility and professionalism. Unfortunately, the hospital’s indifference has left me feeling disrespected and helpless.

Welcoming my baby boy at CIMAR (14/12/2024) under the care of Dr. Shine was nothing short of extraordinary. I still reflect on the incredible care and support I received during one of the most important moments of my life. Dr. Shine’s expertise and compassionate approach made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way (Including pregnancy period). The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, addressing every concern with patience and professionalism. The hospital facilities were immaculate and equipped with everything needed for a seamless experience. Postpartum care was exceptional, with thoughtful guidance on recovery and newborn care. While there’s room for improvement in the food quality, the warmth and dedication of Doctors and the team truly set this experience apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Cimar and Dr. Shine Mary for a delivery experience that exceeds expectations and leaves you feeling truly supported.
