Dr. Ramna Banerjee

Her assistant (Sumana Sarkar) is not cooperative. She treat the patients as a customer and also I don't think that she has any knowledge about medical terms. She mislead the patient. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone because of her assistant's behaviour. Otherwise, I don't have any issue with the doctor. Even for any little query, you have to go to the hospital and wait for 1-2 hours to get the solution. I think that is not possible for everytime. There is also no direct option to contact with the doctor. Doctor will not respond to your phone. I don't think that they even help you in your emergency situation.

She is the best doctor I have ever seen. I had a c-section with multiple complications. She handles all the complications very calmly and guided me in my whole journey. Words are less for her proficiency.

I'm too late to write this review. 2.5 yrs back I delivered my baby boy under her guidance & treatment. She is an amazing, very friendly, helpful and polite doctor. No attitude, no arrogance, very down to earth. The best thing about her is she listens to all the problems of the patient. The more I say about her, the less it is. In one word she is the best. I highly recommend her...
