Very nice experience in the clinic. Dr Ananya Basu and her team was very professional and nice. The equipments and reports and the medical facility are very good and morden. The staff behaviour was also very nice. My overall experience is good 😃

The staff somehow still managed to disappoint me. I had an appointment booked and have been following up since one week and have been told multiple times that the reception will call us one day prior and the appointment is fixed. No one called. When I called on the day of appointment, they said there is no appointment. I am never going back to this place anymore. Doctors are good but the staff is not upto the mark. Payments are not streamlined as I have been asked for the same payment multiple times. I think the staff needs a lot of training and skill development before attending patients.

We are really satisfied with the service provided by Petals, Kankurgachhi... The staff are very helpful and communicate according to necessity. We recommend Petals highly for those who want to contact a well established infrastructure related to health. Thanks and regards....🙏🙏
