Bishop Benziger Hospital

The doctors, nursing staffs , and the people at registration desk and the women around there are extremely nice and friendly.I had an unprofessional experience at the pharmacy with the woman at the billing counter. When I asked if my case sheet had arrived, she ignored my question and instead called over the person standing behind me. She had a medium complexion and was wearing a hairband. I’m sure she saw me because I was right in front of her. The woman sitting next to her noticed what happened, and when I approached her, she attended to me politely.

Bad behaviours from nurses side just feel like a govt. Hospital. They dont give proper replays to our questions, they dont know the IP Patients doctor time . If we ask any help , they do like as so bad . Not proper services. I hope that the management of Benziger Hospital takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to improve the patient care and communication skills of their nursing staff. A caring and supportive attitude from nurses is crucial for patient well-being and recovery.🙂

Thank you to all the staff of bishop benziger hospital and doctors for care and treatment. The moment when medicity had not admitted our baby we were scared. But when we brought to bishop benziger hospital they took care of us, they saved our 7 month old baby . We have no words how happy we are thank you so much thank you for the care
