Her demeanor during the appointment was unexpectedly harsh, lacking the empathy and understanding I anticipated from a healthcare professional. Instead of providing reassurance, her approach left me feeling anxious and unsupported. I believe that compassionate communication is essential in medical care, and unfortunately, She is very rude...
