Had a disappointing experience here. They kept the original prescription and didn’t give me a copy. When I asked for it, they refused. After I insisted, the staff took my phone, clicked a photo of the prescription, and handed it back. I was unwell and having trouble breathing, so didn’t argue—but this is unacceptable. Now I need follow-up treatment and have to rely on a photo of the emergency prescription. Patients have a right to their prescription, not just a hospital bill. The pharmacist said “this is the rule here,” which is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Please visit HOSPITALS to understand what is patient care. Worst hospital treatment. The doctors aren't good. They don't know how to treat a patient, even a bystander can recognise patient 's need. Nurses aren't enough experienced and they are scheduled to work in ICU. This hospital only looking MONEY NOT PATIENT!!!!!!!!🤬🛑🛑🛑🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴
