I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this hospital’s emergency department (casualty) Despite being an emergency situation, they were unwilling to admit or even assess the patient properly. The staff showed a lack of urgency and empathy, which is unacceptable for any medical facility—especially one that is supposed to provide immediate care. It’s deeply concerning to see a hospital turn away someone in need. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their emergency services for the safety and well-being of the community.
