*5/5 stars* "Malabar Hospital, Kozhikode, truly rose to the occasion when I needed it most! Dr. Aditya Shenoy Sir is an exceptional surgeon and an even more remarkable human being. His mastery in kidney stone surgery is awe-inspiring, but what truly sets him apart is his compassion, empathy, and kindness. Shenoy Sir's dedication to his patients is palpable in every interaction, making you feel seen, heard, and cared for. I'm forever grateful for his expertise and care. If you're in good hands with Shenoy Sir, you're in the best possible place."

I just want to jump on here and say I had excellent experience with Dr.Renuka - Gynae. Was visiting from Chennai on an holiday in Kerala and had an urgent issue that warranted a visit with a gyn. I made an appt with this Dr, man it was such a pleasant surprise that there are still doctors who listen to patient complaints and go through the history by spending decent time. Mind you I am not there regular patient I went for a on-off visit. They made me comfortable, and did a detailed pelvic examination and also took pap. Gave me comfort with their diagnosis as they are very experienced. Highly recommend. The hospital was crowded, but smooth checkin and vitals.

I would never recommend Malabar Hospital for a health checkup after the terrible experience I had on 10/03/2025. If you have an entire day to waste and don't mind throwing away your money, only then should you consider this hospital for a checkup. Once you’ve made the payment, don’t expect quality service. The staff members provide contradictory information, making the entire process frustrating and unorganized. Below are my experiences I reported to the hospital at 9 AM in fasting ( I don't know how the diabetic passion will manage this much long fasting) for health checkup RS 3750/- package. After the payment I gave the samples to Laboratory, then they advised me to go for Breakfast. After that completed the X-ray, ECG, they told to come after 1:30PM for USG scan, echo and treadmill test as one doctor is leave and you have taken breakfast and it need 4 hrs fasting (as per their advise only I have taken breakfast, but the blame was coming to me) Thy simply hide the fact that the radiologist is on leave and asked me to take breakfast. They made me fool enough to spoil my entire day in that hospital. The hospital PRO rejected my demand for reimbursement of remaining tests fee. Later they took us for the echo test; half the way of the test they changed the Technician also. The USG scan was dragged to 2:30 PM, after that the hospital staff WhatApp my ECG report to the Cardiologist and the doctor said I can't undergo the TMT test as I have slight variations in ECG and they said you can go now and doctor will come later and he will sign the report and give to you tomorrow (like a village officer issuing certificates ) I have to waist one more day for collecting the reports................ They are simply saying to go home to a person who is having ECG variation without any treatment or medicine or any other guidance or any referral ....... What a fantastic hospital.... this is another way of robbery... The General Medicine doctor from the same hospital, after reviewing my ECG report, stated that there were no issues and that I could proceed with the TMT test. However, the Cardiologist, who referred to the WhatsApp report, advised against it. I am uncertain whether he actually reviewed the report himself or if there was some miscommunication from the hospital staff.
