I visited Star Care Hospital recently and was quite disappointed to find that there are no toilet facilities available on floors other than the ground floor. Even the ground-floor toilet was not well-maintained and lacked cleanliness. This is a major inconvenience, especially for patients and visitors who may need accessible and hygienic facilities on every floor. I hope the management takes steps to improve this aspect soon.
