Dr. Nisar's Global scans & diagnostic centre

From what I experienced at Dr.Nisar's Global scanning center,malappuram, I wholeheartedly liked it. The staffs are very diligent and so are the doctors. There were 2 lady doctors at the time and their friendly and caring personality just added another bonus point. Everything went down very effortlessly. Reception experience was friendly and professional too. I recommend everyone to go here. The very best.

am writing to express my profound disappointment with the services provided at NISAR'S GLOBAL SCANNING CENTRE. My experience was nothing short of frustrating due to several glaring issues that reflect poorly on the management and the overall professionalism of this establishment. Firstly, the staff at the centre are exceedingly unprofessional. Their lack of basic customer service skills is apparent, and it severely impacts the patient experience. The receptionist, in particular, was unable to provide accurate information regarding the schedule of Dr. Khadeeja. I was informed that her appointment time was 10 AM, yet she did not arrive until 10:30 AM. This half-hour delay is unacceptable and highlights a blatant disregard for the patients' time and schedules. Furthermore, Dr. Khadeeja's tardiness demonstrates a concerning lack of professionalism and respect for her duties. Punctuality is a fundamental aspect of medical ethics, and failing to adhere to scheduled times disrupts not only the patient's day but also undermines the trust placed in medical professionals. The overall organization at NISAR'S GLOBAL SCANNING CENTRE is severely lacking. The process of patient intake and service delivery is chaotic and inefficient. There is a clear deficiency in time management, which results in prolonged waiting periods and unnecessary stress for patients. This experience has left me with no confidence in the centre's ability to provide competent and timely medical services. I strongly urge the management to address these critical issues. Professionalism, organization, and respect for patients' time are essential qualities for any medical facility, and NISAR'S GLOBAL SCANNING CENTRE is currently failing on all these fronts. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to the management to implement necessary changes and improvements. Patients deserve better care and service than what is currently being offered at this centre.

Terrible experience. I had to wait over an hours despite having an appointment, and the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Very poorly managed.
