Ithis Hospital

Our first baby delivery occurred at Ithis Hospital Dr. Nasiya conducted the delivery, and she was incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly. Her husband, Dr . Mohammed Jasim , who is a pediatrician, was also very supportive. The nurses were extremely helpful and took excellent care of our baby. We opted for a suite room, which was spacious and cleaned twice daily by the staff. The hospital premises are neat and clean, and overall, we are very satisfied with their service. Suggestion to add more staffs in their hospital canteen because need to wait long after ordering food / dining

The hospital is quite neat and clean, and the doctors are very good and approachable. The cleaning staff deserve an award for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. However, I had a disappointing experience at the reception. I witnessed a female floor manager (i hope so) in a gray suit yelling at a staff in a very unprofessional and immature manner. This was quite uncomfortable to watch, and the management should provide better training to promote respect and maturity among their staff. Additionally, the hospital is a bit costly compared to others nearby like MBH, Orchid, and the cooperative hospital. There are also parking issues and it tends to be a bit crowded.
