Today, I had a terrible experience with the receptionist at this clinic who was a middle-aged woman. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went there for booking an appointment, she unnecessarily asked me to utter ther full name of the doctor, as if questioning my knowledge – which felt undignified. She scheduled the appointment at 11 am. Despite arriving on time with my mother, we were made to wait for three hours. When we asked about the delay, this middle-aged woman responded very rudely, showing no regard for patients' time or comfort. While a one-hour wait is understandable, three hours is not. You should respect the value of others' time as well. Such behavior is unacceptable and it shows a lack of basic courtesy towards patients. I strongly urge the clinic to train their receptionist.
