I want to clarify that I have not abused you in any way; I respect myself and others, which is why I shared my honest experience here. Since you brought up the phone interaction, I’d like to clarify that my review reflects the entire experience, not just the phone call. After my consultation, I was supposed to come back with my report, but you suggested I send it via WhatsApp. While you called this a ‘time-saving & favor,’ which I hadn’t requested it, as my health is more important to me than saving time. When I sent the report, you directly prescribed medication without explaining the results or advising on any precautions I should take. This lack of communication added to my disappointment, which led me to leave this review. I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but in this case, I felt it was necessary. Anyways,Thank you doctor for your "help." I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. From the start, she seemed to lack patience and was rude in her responses. I've met many doctors over the years, but I have never been treated with such dismissiveness and unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone looking for a respectful and compassionate healthcare experience.
