It was my first visit with emergency and woman at the reception straight away refused to take my appointment, she said they only deal with their regular customers. It’s very sad to know that some people can be so arrogant and doesn’t even bother.

The employee on the reception will take your appointment over the phone but on arrival she will make you wait for minimum two hours Unable to understand the meaning of appointment Dr. Needs to talk with their staff regarding this....
