We are very happy with the treatment we received from Dr. Madhulatha ma'am. She is kind, professional, and attentive to patient needs. The staff is also very good—friendly and supportive throughout our visits. We also appreciate that they provide proper bills for insurance reimbursement, which is very helpful. Highly recommended! Just to take a 2nd opinion I had to wait for almost 6hrs. The problem with this Hospital is poor Management. They do not know how to manage the patients and their time. Why do the Staff does not take appointments over the phone? Taking the Appointments over the phone and helping the patients reach at the respective time slot makes more convenient instead of calling everyone at 9 AM and 3:30 PM directly. If you are asking every other patient to come at 3:30 PM directly, 50 patients come at same time and they'll end up waiting for 5-6hrs, Isn't it wasting the people's time? Mostly it's the pregnant women who approach here and do you think making them wait for 5-6hrs is really good sign? Just because No.of OP's are good, doesn't mean it would stay forever. Take this feedback very seriously and work on Time management, else it would be the first step towards the downfall. Thanks!
