I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care my wife received during her delivery at Sri Sai Chaitanya hospital. The doctors(Mrs. Dr S.Chaitanya madam) and staff were exceptional—caring, professional, and attentive to our needs. They made a potentially stressful time much easier for us. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone expecting a baby. Thank you once again for everything! 😊💓💖 And also Dr. E.Kishore MD, pediatrics is fantastic with newborns, providing thorough and compassionate care. Their expertise ensures that our little one receives the best treatment and support right from the start.💓💖

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Mrs. Chaitanya garu for her exceptional care and expertise during my wife's recent delivery on October 9th. Both mother and child are healthy and safe, thanks to her skillful guidance. While I am deeply appreciative of Dr. Chaitanya's service, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the behavior of one of her staff members, so called "junior doctor" your assistant. On multiple occasions, I have observed this individual exhibiting a condescending attitude. I still remember her response when i went to her for a small help regarding my claim, she responded with anger and lot of attitude, in english " I'M NOT SISTER. YOU GO TO RECEPTION AND CHECK WITH THOSE SISTERS. I'M NOT A SISTER." I want to know what's her role in the hospital ? Is she a doctor ? Is she really qualified for consultation, because i have seen her giving suggestions to a lot of in patients pregnant women. Does she really need that attitude ? I don't really have any problem with her English as far as she is comfortable with those bits and pieces. I believe that patient care should be delivered with empathy and respect. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from a healthcare provider. I kindly request that the hospital administration consider addressing this issue to ensure a more positive patient experience in the future. Thank you once again for your attention to this matter.
