I can’t thank Dr Bandana Sodhi enough for the incredible care and support she provided throughout my pregnancy journey. From the very first consultation to the day I welcomed my beautiful baby girl into the world, she was there every step of the way—patient, kind, and highly professional. Her reassuring presence, expert guidance, and genuine concern for both my baby and me made all the difference. I always felt heard, cared for, and confident in her hands. Truly grateful for everything she’s done—she’s not just a wonderful doctor, but a blessing in my life.

My Experience with Dr. Bandana (2016–2024) I have been visiting Dr. Bandana since 2016. Initially, she came across as a kind and attentive doctor who would listen patiently and explain things thoroughly. However, over time, my experience with her drastically changed. Since 2020!, I have been visiting her at the Lajpat Nagar clinic, where she seemed rushed and impatient. By the time I saw her again in 2023, it was honestly the worst consultation I ha ever had. She made me feel uncomfortable and almost guilty for taking up consultation time. She constantly called out to her assistant mid-consultation and would start writing even before I could finish my first sentence. When I brought blood work or other reports, she barely looked at them, often rushing through them and saying, “Hurry up, there are other patients waiting.” Despite multiple consultations and test results going through her, she never correlated anything or referred me to a specialist for issues that clearly weren’t just gynecological. It felt like she wasn’t even trying. Strangely, though, she always made time to ask why I paid online instead of in cash — seriously? One time, I called her at the time she herself suggested to discuss a blood report. She picked up and abruptly said, “I have a presentation to make, I can’t talk!” That moment was bizarre and disappointing, further distancing my experience from the glowing reviews I once read and the respectful treatment I experienced back in 2016. The final straw was in 2024 when I visited her for some lump and was advised to get a scan. The diagnostic lab she recommended wasn’t available, as the owner was traveling, so I went to another very reputed lab instead. When I showed her the report, she said, “You went to her??” — like a petty teenager throwing shade. When I asked what the issue was, she didn’t respond, but instead asked why I didn’t go to her preferred lab. I told her the original lab was unavailable, and she said, “You could have called and asked me for another suggestion.” I was honestly shocked — how come you suddenly have time for a call now? Finally, when I asked her about the scan results, which indicated a benign cyst, she just said, “Whatever the diagnostic lab has written, okay.” She didn’t even glance at the report properly and dismissed me quickly so she could see the next patient. This was the last time I ever visited her finally giving a closure to myself and the hope of receiving bare minimum time or a diligent look like a doctor at my health issues. So I am the testimony going from excellent review to painfully dismayed in 9 years after some 12 consultants in total.
