After receiving approval, the hospital staff started discouraging us from using the scheme, saying it only provides "cheap quality" services. They pressured us to buy supplies and services directly from them, claiming it would be of better quality. They scheduled the surgery at 8:00 AM, but as of 9:30 AM, no doctor or staff has come to check on the patient. There's no preparation for surgery, no updates, and no one is giving us any clear answers despite repeated inquiries. This delay and lack of communication during a medical emergency is extremely stressful and disappointing. We expected professionalism and compassion — especially in a hospital setting — but the experience has left us feeling ignored and helpless.

I recently visited this dialysis center with a patient and was disappointed by the lack of accessibility support. There is no lift or wheelchair assistance provided to transport patients from the parking area to the dialysis room. This creates a major inconvenience, especially for elderly or physically challenged individuals who require the mobility support. A healthcare facility should prioritize accessibility to ensure comfort and ease for all patients. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve this aspect of their service.

I WOULD SAY THIS ISN'T A HOSPITAL A TORTURE HOUSE BECAUSE IT'S A COMPLEX WHICH CONVERTED INTO A HOSPITAL FOR MAKING MONEY. FIRSTLY NO PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE AS LIKE REQUIRE FOR HOSPITALS. UNEXPERIENCED STAFF AND DOCTORS WHICH THEY DON'T KNOW THE BASICS HOW TO START A TREATMENT FOR PATIENTS. THE TREATMENT FOR A PATIENT IS TOO COSTLY AND SERVICE IS TOTALLY LESS AS COMPARED TO OTHER HOSPITALS IF YOU ARE PATIENT IN THIS HOSPITAL YOU'RE THE ATM MACHINE TO THEM WHICH THEY LOOT YOU ACCORDING TO THEM. SERIOUSLY IF YOU'RE IN EMERGENCY NONE DOCTORS ARE AVAILABLE IF THEY AVAILABLE THEY DON'T KNOW THE CRICITICAL CONDITION OF PATIENT AND TRY TO CALL THE SENIOR DOCTOR WHICH THEY ARE FAR FROM CITY AFTER TOO MUCH WAITING OF TIME PATIENT WILL PASSED WITH LACK OF TREATMENT UNTIL THE DOCTOR ARRIVES. IF YOU COUNT THEIR FAULTS THEY SIMPLY ANSWER 'WHY YOU BROUGHT HERE YOU SHOULD HAVE TO TRY OTHER HOSPITAL IT'S COMPLETELY YOURS FAULT WHAT CAN WE DO' SO PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE SUCH 5 STAR PAID REVIEWS OF THIS HOSPITAL AND IF YOU CARE YOUR LOVED ONES DON'T EVER THINK THIS HOSPITAL.
