Good doctors. But the services of their staffs can't be more opposite. Abandon all hope for the day you take appointment for most of your day will be spent waiting. And they will give you no rhyme or reason why other patients are going before or after you. Now they send their patients to Shillong Radioclinics just one floor below for various tests. Expect the same service there also. Atleast one or two patients each day will be quarrelling in the reception for the long waiting time.

If you don't have any work in your life then you prefer this clinic, The doctor may be ok. You can meet God soon but to see this doctor you need to spend 500/- for every consultation and wait when the clinic opens at 9 am and maybe if you are lucky you will get a chance to meet a doctor in the evening, maybe 7 or 8 pm. They say you need to take appointment, For them appointment means you need to wait whole day to meet doctor not a specific time. And medicine are very costly. Because it's like a shopping mart. You get your file after it passes through all cabins and finally the bills will be in thousands. For us , we almost spent 9000/- for only two visit. Think 10 times before opting this clinic. Doctor work in Bethany hospital but they have separate clinic to look after.

I initially reached out to the clinic to understand their appointment booking process and was informed that I should book my appointment one day in advance. Following this advice, I attempted to call the clinic several times between 10 AM and 1 PM on the 23rd of August, 2024, to make an appointment, but my calls went unanswered. Frustrated by the lack of response, I continued to try calling until my call was finally picked up at 1 PM. The staff member I spoke with then told me that the next day's appointments were fully booked and no further appointments could be accepted. I expressed my concern about the difficulty I had in reaching them, given that I had called multiple times without getting through. Unfortunately, the staff member did not acknowledge my concern or offer any explanation; she simply remained silent. Feeling that my concerns were not being addressed and that the clinic's service was lacking, I decided to seek a new doctor and clinic that would be more responsive and compassionate toward patients.
