Dear Apollo Cradle team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care my wife and I received during the delivery of our baby. Your expertise and compassion made all the difference in this life-changing experience. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, nurses and support staff, whose kindness and professionalism provided us with comfort and reassurance throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for your dedication and support during this joyous time.

Everyone is busy. Long waiting time. Less number of staff. They didn't increase facilities, and now it's just crowd. I'm posting pics of cake ceremony. It was looking unwanted. Cleaning staffs were sent to complete the formalities. They were supposed to clean car before putting balloons, but there also they were like, just finish it. Nothing is complementary, all paid with package, but you get a message like, just go home. I'll be more happy, if you just have said, we don't have staff, rather making fun of these beautiful moments.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Apollo Cradle (Moti Nagar) Is No Longer a Trusted Name We had our baby delivered here in February, and what should have been a time of care and support turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. Our newborn was admitted to the NICU, and instead of providing timely counselling in our room (where the mother was still recovering), we were made to run from floor to floor for updates—sometimes to the 1st floor, sometimes to the ground—just to get basic information. Not once did anyone from the medical team bother to come to us. This kind of disorganized, careless, and insensitive approach is absolutely unacceptable, especially in such critical moments. It’s a complete failure in basic patient care and compassion. After discharge, things got even worse. Services and support that were clearly communicated at the time were simply not provided. When we questioned it, we were bluntly told, “We never said that,” as if we imagined the whole conversation. The head of the nursing station was shockingly arrogant and dismissive, acting as if she was doing us a favor by even speaking to us. Her exact words were: “Our nurse doesn’t talk much, so how can she commit anything to you?” Seriously? If your staff can’t communicate, how are patients supposed to trust anything they’re told? This level of carelessness is dangerous and shameful. Her attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional and unacceptable—she should not be working in healthcare at all. To make matters worse, we were treated with hostility—as if we were being punished for simply asking valid questions. The senior receptionist, Parul, refused to assist us and had the audacity to shout at us in front of everyone, with zero regard for basic decency or respect. This hospital has been our WORST experience ever. Apollo’s reputation is nothing but branding now—especially at this branch. Staff behavior, patient support, coordination—everything is in shambles. Avoid this place completely. Don’t be fooled by their name—there is ZERO accountability and empathy here. If you care about proper treatment, professionalism, and basic human respect, look elsewhere. There are far better hospitals in nearby areas like Punjabi Bagh that actually value patients and their families.
