The doctor is really good but poor service at the reception. They're rude for no reason, and make you wait unnecessarily. I understand one has to be patient at a doctor's clinic, but if an appointment is supposed to be at 12, asking a patient to come at 10 is absurd. And then you ask a question to the receptionist and you'll see them be unresponsive and disinterested.
Not customer friendly. Attitude in answering questions from patients is very poor. After a test result if the customer asks why the quantity of medicine is not reduced, instead of answering the question his ego pitches in. He just disconnected the call. This attitude needs improvement. Learn to patiently handle questions from patients. Finally customer is king.
Dr.Arun is one of the best patient friendly doctors around. Excellent service and when I had a question he is quick in answering the emails/ messages. Skilled, focussed and knowledgeable Highly recommended
