I felt comfortable discussing my concerns and received clear guidance on the next steps. The clinic/hospital staff was also courteous and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Dr.Vijay Ramachandran to anyone seeking expert medical care.

I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. It seemed that he prioritized monetary gains over patient care, as I was prescribed unnecessary tests at a specific lab he appeared to have a contract with. Additionally, I was shocked when he asked about my caste before proceeding with treatment, which felt highly unprofessional and discriminatory. Healthcare should be about trust, compassion, and equality, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on all fronts. I hope steps are taken to ensure patients are treated with respect and their best interests in mind. If it were possible, I would give zero stars for this experience. The doctor's focus on monetary gains through unnecessary tests and discriminatory practices makes even a 1-star rating feel undeserved.

For the past year, I have been struggling with gastric issues. Despite consulting multiple doctors in Kerala and Bangalore, I saw no improvement. I called him around 7:30 AM, and he listened to my concerns patiently and scheduled the earliest possible appointment for me. Dr. Vijay recommended some blood tests and an endoscopy with a biopsy to determine the root cause of my issues. His diagnostic skills are Amazing. I am now feeling better and more confident in my health. Moreover, he is very kind. Today, I introduced my mother to him, and he was extremely courteous, answering all her questions. Dr. Vijay is truly a gem and the best doctor I have ever met. A huge thanks to Dr. Vijay.
