Overall, the medical services provided were good. The doctors and nursing staff were professional and attentive. However, we did notice that the cleaning and room maintenance could be improved. For instance, the bedsheets in our room were not changed for two days, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. We hope the hospital addresses this in the future. Despite this, the medical treatment itself was satisfactory, and we appreciate the efforts of the medical team.

We recently visited Thankam Hospital for nephrology Department check-up and was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hospital maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with spotless waiting areas, wards, and restrooms, which gave a sense of safety and comfort. The staff, including the nurses and administrative personnel, were courteous and professional, making the process smooth and stress-free. The doctor Mr.Shanmugharaj was patient in explaining the diagnosis and treatment options, and I felt well-informed throughout the visit. We stay overnight, I experienced that the patient rooms were well-kept and comfortable.

We are truly grateful to the entire team at Thangam Hospital for the wonderful care given to my father. The doctors, nurses, and admin staff—everyone was so supportive and kind throughout his stay.
