Post Partum is such a fragile and vulnerable phase in a woman's life, and yet she's expected to be her strongest and best self. I found it incredibly challenging without a village to fall back on. Thanks to Neha and team I was able to find my feet during this time , in a way my own small village to lean on . From Counselling to Breastfeeding Advice, Nutrition as well Physiotherapy Exercises, I was able to cope better. Neha truly has been so helpful in all our therapy sessions and provided me with a mental tool kit to overcome obstacles and in a way find a new and improved version of myself. I love the fact that she's so progressive in her views, it make communication very easy and relatable. Empowered Women truly empower other women and how indeed! Highly highly recommend!!!
