My relative recently consulted with doctor at Galaxy hospital. The overall experience was good and tests and consultation were done professionally. However, they insist on making all payments for tests and consultation by cash only, which is very unusual. In today's digital age such practices appear very fishy. Digital payments should be made compulsory at such establishments for financial transperancy.
