The online payment for medicines purchased from Sant Medicos (Inside Hospital) is being received to the QR code of a person named "Richa Walia", which is not appropriate. This payment should be made to the official account of Sant Medicos only, so that transparency and accountability remain in financial transactions. 2. Apart from this, I felt that hospital is conducting the tests only according to a routine process, whereas these tests should be conducted only when certain symptoms appear or are necessary. These suggestions are shared in good faith and with the intention of supporting the continued excellence of your institution.
