A calm and peaceful experience! I visited Abhayam ayurved for my migraine. Dr Aditi is very knowledgeable and rightly diagnosed my triggers and was very clear in explaining the causes. I did shirodhara which was an amazing experience. The first thing you notice is the hygiene, meticulous cleanliness- be it reception, cabin or actual working area. (Especially the working area) And it's so spacious! Beautiful music adds to the ambience. Sukanya who performed the shirodhara massage has a trained and light hand. Overall a great experience for ayurvedic care and massages. I would recommend it to everyone.
