Hi! Mam, After googling best Gynecologist here in Tripura, came across your page and I'm excited to clarify my handful of problems that i am facing right now. As per my observation I have been in an early pregnancy stage as of now , i.e., may be about 1 and half months. My problem are : I'm suffering from excess loss of energy, headache, fever , loss of appetite, nausea, gastric too, pain below the chest, Have to throw my spit frequency and vomiting.
