Cloudnine Hospital

I want to take a moment to truly appreciate and share our heartfelt experience at Cloudnine hospital where my sister recently delivered her baby. From the moment we entered until the day of discharge, everything was simply excellent — beyond our expectations. Starting with cleanliness, the hospital was exceptionally well-maintained. Every area, from the corridors to the patient rooms and bathrooms, was spotless and regularly sanitized. It gave us a strong sense of comfort and safety — which is so essential, especially in maternity care. The nursing staff deserves a special mention. They were not only polite and professional but incredibly attentive. Anytime we rang the bell for help, the nurse arrived within seconds — no delays, no excuses. They took amazing care of both the mother and the baby, checking on them frequently, providing guidance, and offering emotional support without ever being asked. It felt like they genuinely cared. The room for the mother was spacious, clean, and very well-furnished. It didn’t feel like a hospital room — more like a comfortable bedroom at home. There was enough space for family to stay, and the facilities provided were all modern and efficient. We were also very impressed with the hospital staff’s hospitality. From the security to the administrative team, everyone was respectful, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with a smile, and that made a huge difference in our overall experience. The canteen food was another pleasant surprise — it was fresh, hygienic, and tasted just like home-cooked meals. While the pricing was a bit on the higher side, the quality and cleanliness absolutely matched the cost, so we felt it was worth it. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hospital for maternity care. The level of attention, professionalism, and warmth we experienced was exceptional. Truly a place where you feel safe, cared for, and supported during such a special time.

Great ambience wonderful staff and well trained doctors and nurses. I had came to consult Dr Pavan Jadhav. He is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgable. I got great support from Megha, Shraddha, Jui and Mayur. OPD nursing staff Anju, Prisca and Shraddha sister are very compassionate and skilled. I am deeply impressed by their ambience, cleanliness, valet parking and canteen facility. We got our childs ear pierced and that service was also amazing. They have trained nurses to do that and the ear stud variety is also great. Cloudnine is a go to if you are a parent and looking for one stop solution for babies needs.
