😊I would like to take few names who supported us in every step. Mrs. Gauri, she is really cooperative and committed person. She helped us to arrange rooms/services with no complaints. Looks like she is overburdened, she needs some additional support.,😊 Neelam mam is also good she supported very well like her family. Make sure the patient takes all services very well. Facility/ housekeeping staff - All Mausis are really very polite, punctual and helping. They took care of us at all the time. Nursing and LDR staff - They are very active, preventive and supportive. All in-house doctors are very good, experienced and supportive. Billing - They are very helping and put their best efforts to smoothen the billing process. They give clearance early as possible. Lastly, the cafeteria is well-maintained with good food and outstanding services. Canteen staff is really good and polite, I ever encountered with such nice staff in my past experience. A huge thanks to all who really supported us to make our journey sweeter and smoothen. She was always available on call and supported me throughout my high-risk twin pregnancy. I started visiting her in the 6th month, and despite my twins facing IUGR, ma’am gave me the confidence that we could stretch the pregnancy close to full term. With constant scans, follow-ups, and prescribed Hermins, we made it through successfully. Her support and positivity are unmatched. She always responded quickly on WhatsApp and handled office documentation efficiently, avoiding unnecessary hospital visits for tasks that could be done online. She’s such a humble and thoughtful person, even considering the financial implications of tests and treatments before suggesting them. One of the most heartwarming memories was when my babies came out of the NICU, and I was hit by postpartum stress and depression. Ma’am counseled me and my husband so well that the stress disappeared, and we regained the confidence to face all the new challenges as parents. She is truly a gem of a doctor who goes out of her way to care for her patients, even stopping to speak with them in the corridor, appointment or not. The hospital has great vibes and ambience, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The administration is well-maintained, and **Gauri madam**, the coordinator, was very supportive throughout our stay. The nursing staff was attentive, and the housekeeping team, especially **Varsha mavashi, Kusum mavashi, and Alaka mavashi**, were incredibly helpful. A special mention to **Kusum mavashi** for her warmth and care during my C-section delivery at the OT, which made a challenging moment feel more manageable. Motherhood has a reputed team of doctors specializing in their respective fields. The admin staff went above and beyond by organizing a cake-cutting ceremony, decorating our car, and providing a gift hamper before our discharge. It was such a pleasant surprise, and all the nursing staff joined our celebration. The complimentary head massage added a lovely touch to the experience. The hospital’s canteen offers on-call food service, and patient meals were provided, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about food during my stay. **Parul Mishra** ma’am deserves special thanks for her excellent lactation consultations and the emotional support she provided postpartum. Her support groups were incredibly helpful, making the transition to motherhood smoother. Motherhood’s **NICU care** is the best! The NICU team, led by **Dr. Tushar Pareekh**, a senior pediatrician, treated our newborns' breathing and feeding issues with the utmost care and love. **Dr. Jagdeesh** and **Dr. Vidushi** were equally humble, talented, and supportive. The pediatricians always took the time to listen to even our smallest concerns and answered them with respect and kindness. The NICU nurses handled our premature twins with so much love and care that we were overwhelmed. They even valued and accepted the 4 ml of milk I could initially provide, which encouraged us as new parents. Their dedication to preterm babies is exceptional, and they trained me patiently to feed and care for my babies under their observation before transitioning them to home care. Celebrating **World Prematurity Day** at the hospital was another special moment for us. The entire NICU team, from doctors to nurses, gave us the confidence and support we needed to start this new chapter in our lives. We chose Motherhood Hospital Khadari for our delivery, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The doctors are experienced and take the time to explain everything clearly. Nurses were extremely supportive, especially during labor and recovery. Also want to add that the pantry food was good. 👍👍 The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere made us feel safe and well cared for.
