Extremely Disappointed with Service and Reporting Standard. Didn't deserve a star ⭐ I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and report handling at this hospital. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disorganized. The staff seemed poorly trained, with no sense of urgency or empathy toward patients. What was even more shocking was the delay and inaccuracy in the medical reports. Critical information was either missing or carelessly documented, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. Follow-ups were a nightmare — we had to chase down their management multiple times for a single report. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and implements major improvements, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to seek treatment elsewhere.

Very good hospital in puri. Very neat and clean having all types of facilities. Doctors and staffs are very polite and cooperative.
